This is not published by Help Scout. The README describes search across conversations, customers, organizations, threads, Docs, and reports, exposed through a small set of tools that discover and run Help Scout API operations. A Claude desktop extension and an npx package, help-scout-mcp-server, are both documented. An optional helpscout-navigator skill helps the agent pick an operation.
You need a Help Scout app id and secret, so the cost label is paid account. Leave writes off and the risk stays at medium: customer data is in scope, sending is not, until you change that setting. The license is MIT.
